If all else is the same

The National Lottery would have you believe that every combination of numbers is the same, with the same chance of winning the full jackpot. Not exactly true. Since the National Lottery started in 1988 in Ireland, some people have been doing the same numbers every week. At its start the National Lottery had only 36 numbers, now it is 45. So it makes sense that if you win with low numbers, under 36 for example , there is a much greater chance that you will be sharing the prize money with others. As each person has the same chance of winning with their own lines, it is much better to do the higher numbers, from 36 to 45 as less people will be using these numbers.
